Development is increasingly likely to result in future planning applications that could have a substantial impact on the value or enjoyment of a property. It’s important that prospective purchasers have all the information to enable them to make an informed decision prior to contracts being exchanged.
Identifies development potential of a property including existing planning information and identification of unexploited development sites. In approximately 10% of cases the searched property has hidden value revealed.
