Geodesys Comes Top in Latest Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey
If high levels of service are important to you, then you will be pleased to hear that, in the latest industry customer satisfaction survey conducted across all nine water and sewerage company members of the DWSN (Drainage and Water Searches Network), Geodesys came top for providing CON29DW searches.
The survey, conducted in May 2014, by independent research specialist, Lodestar, measured levels of customer satisfaction with the process of mapping, ordering, purchasing and delivery of the CON29DW.

“I am proud to be part of a team that always strives to improve on what we have done before and where complacency has no home. We already had a high customer rating on these aspects of our customer service, and but the latest survey shows that we have managed to still improve.
“98% of customers stated that we met or exceeded their expectations, 85% speak highly of us to others; we are top in the satisfaction rating of our report ordering process, having grown this rating continuously over the last 4 surveys and are top overall amongst all DWSN Members.
“We have achieved this in a number of ways, from directly asking our customers how we can improve our services, as well as investing time and attention in other areas within our organisation.
“Tracey Martin-Heard, our Customer Services Manager, has been working hard with the Customer Services Team to overhaul and improve our staff’s product training, supported with regular on-going training so we can always offer the best products and advice. We have implemented system and process enhancements to enable us to turn orders around more quickly and we have developed a culture of actively seeking improvement in everything we do.”
