Updates to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme

Updates to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme

Launched in 2011, the CQS scheme's Core Practice Management Standards were updated in February last year, with all law firms required to comply with the new requirements by 1 May 2019.

Towards the end of 2019, the Law Society ran an assessment pilot to support CQS  members and check their compliance against the new standards. As the property market resumes, this webinar offers an opportunity to join the Law Society and Geodesys for a CQS update, based on the findings from the pilot. We also include some essential tips and tools to ensure your conveyancing team continue to keep on top of CQS compliance in the most efficient ways.
