ChancelCheck Premium is designed to analyse larger areas of land, or land/property falling within more than one parish, to identify whether there is any potential to charge for repairs to the parish church chancel. It checks liability for all parishes within a defined boundary drawn or highlighted by you.
This means it is appropriate for use in the following circumstances:
- Radius of the property is over 25 metres
- The property is a commercial premises
- The address of the property is OWPA (Object Without Postal Address, such as land at descriptions)
- A property that may fall within more than one parish – for example, in Central London and particularly in the City of London there are numerous and much smaller parishes/chancels and tithe districts
